About the Role

You will own end-to-end physical card program operations, working directly with card manufacturers, processors, payment networks, and vendors. You will lead manufacturer implementations, manage onboarding timelines, run billing and reporting, resolve escalations, maintain project trackers and vendor syncs, and ensure compliance and operational scale.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in card operations, payments operations, or related fintech or financial services function
  • Deep familiarity with physical card issuance and card network rules
  • Experience managing card manufacturer relationships
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Clear and confident communication with vendors and clients
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build processes
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and product teams is a strong plus
  • Exposure to stablecoin or crypto-native card programs is a bonus

Responsibilities

  • Own physical card program operations end-to-end
  • Work with card manufacturers, processors, payment networks, and vendors to monitor performance and resolve escalations
  • Lead manufacturer implementations and onboarding
  • Manage end-to-end physical card billing operations and vendor reporting
  • Maintain project trackers, run weekly vendor syncs, and deliver regular status reports
