About the Role
You will support and scale the company’s operational backbone across supply, demand, and financial systems. You will build and optimize core operational processes, stand up and refine invoicing and billing systems, and support budgeting and financial tracking. You will align supply availability with the sales pipeline, onboard new suppliers and customers, improve operational workflows, and contribute to pricing strategy and GPU financing initiatives. You will work cross-functionally with finance, go-to-market, and supply teams and take ownership of high-impact, ambiguous operational problems.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in business operations finance consulting or related roles
- Strong process orientation with ability to build optimize and scale workflows
- Experience supporting financial operations including invoicing billing budgeting and tracking
- Comfortable working with financial data models and basic analysis
- Experience working cross-functionally across finance sales and operations
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Analytical problem-solver who can identify inefficiencies and implement practical solutions
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced startup environments
- Hands-on proactive and willing to take ownership across a wide range of responsibilities
- Preferred background in cloud infrastructure data centers GPUs or related technical industries
- Preferred experience with marketplace or supply-demand businesses and usage-based pricing models
