Senior Product Marketing Manager, Banking and Capital Markets

About the Role

You will define and own commercial narratives that position complex technical capabilities as clear business value for institutional finance. You will document and analyze end-to-end financial workflows, translate technologies (APIs, smart contracts, CCIP, ZK-proofs, MPC, TEEs) into buyer-facing messaging, and lead go-to-market strategy and execution. You will build scalable sales enablement assets, influence pricing and packaging, synthesize market and competitive intelligence, and ensure privacy and compliance considerations are integrated into product narratives and commercial materials.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of experience in product marketing, product strategy, or related roles within banking, capital markets, or enterprise financial infrastructure
  • Strong understanding of institutional financial workflows, including data licensing/distribution, payments and settlement, treasury operations, or regulated data/privacy environments
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical systems into clear messaging for enterprise and institutional audiences
  • Experience owning and executing go-to-market strategies for B2B SaaS, infrastructure, or platform products
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to develop narratives, sales enablement materials, and positioning that resonate with senior decision-makers
  • Preferred: Experience at a global bank, financial data provider, payments network, or institutional fintech platform
  • Preferred: Familiarity with blockchain concepts such as smart contracts, tokenization, stablecoins, and interoperability
  • Preferred: Exposure to privacy-enhancing technologies (zero-knowledge proofs, MPC, TEEs) or regulated data/compliance environments
  • Preferred: Understanding of buy-side and sell-side institutional perspectives
