About the Role

You will ensure 24x7 continuous operation and security of critical infrastructure, oversee onsite Datacenter Technicians, and manage day-to-day facility operations. You will coordinate maintenance, construction, repair, and refurbishment work; monitor mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety, and waste systems; manage vendors and work orders; perform basic network troubleshooting and hardware operations; obtain and maintain required equipment certifications; operate ladders, lifts, power and hand tools; lift and move equipment up to 55 lbs; and safely operate electrical breakers up to 480V. Expect up to 10% travel and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Technical degree in information technology or equivalent certifications and job experience
• 5+ years of experience in a critical infrastructure environment
• Comfortable working with a team of technicians in a 24x7 operating environment
• Experience with electrical troubleshooting HVAC plumbing construction security and fire protection preferred
• Experience with IT infrastructure maintenance desired but can be acquired

Responsibilities

• Oversee personnel hiring discipline and assessment at the facilities
• Ensure facility performance uptime and production
• Maintain construct repair and refurbish facilities and properties
• Implement policies and procedures for building and equipment operation
• Monitor daily building operations of mechanical electrical plumbing HVAC safety and waste management systems
• Track work orders for quality adherence to service standards and budget guidelines
• Obtain and maintain equipment certifications such as forklift and personal lift operation
• Communicate with interdepartmental staff
• Manage relationships with third-party partners and vendors
• Protect sensitive and confidential information
• Use ladders step stools power tools and hand tools for projects
• Use internal software to track record communicate diagnose and operate hardware
• Perform basic network troubleshooting management and installation
• Lift and move miners and service equipment up to 55lbs
• Operate electrical breakers up to 480V
• Perform other duties as assigned
