About the Role
You will manage and protect the CEO's calendar, coordinate meetings across time zones, and prioritize competing requests. You will book and adjust travel, prepare itineraries, and handle on-site logistics. You will track action items, prepare briefs, support events and hospitality, liaise with vendors, and handle confidential administrative tasks.
Requirements
- 3+ years supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment
- Based in or able to work daily from our NYC Office
- Impeccable judgment, discretion, and professionalism with sensitive information
- Outstanding organizational skills and clear written and verbal communication
- Calm under pressure and proactive problem solving
- Comfort with calendar tools, document tools, Slack, and travel apps; willingness to learn new systems
- Experience in startup or high-growth environments preferred
