About the Role

You will support the systems that keep a global, remote-first team productive and secure. You will execute day-to-day IT operations including device management, onboarding and offboarding, access control, and endpoint security. You will troubleshoot tickets via Slack, email, and video, maintain inventories and documentation, and escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when needed.

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in IT operations, helpdesk, or technical support
  • Proficiency supporting macOS environments
  • Basic network troubleshooting and hardware support skills
  • Hands-on experience with Google Workspace administration
  • Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM) workflows
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritize a ticket queue, manage a diverse workload, and escalate when appropriate
  • Preferred experience with JAMF, BetterCloud, 1Password, GitHub, Slack, Asana, Chrome, and Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with HRIS automation tools like Rippling is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and support core IT systems including Google Workspace and JAMF
  • Execute IT onboarding and offboarding processes, including hardware provisioning and computer setups
  • Manage access controls and user lifecycle for a growing global team
  • Support VPNs, password managers, and endpoint security to ensure device compliance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve daily IT tickets via Slack, email, and video
  • Maintain accurate hardware and software inventories
  • Administer collaboration tools such as Slack, GitHub, and Asana
  • Keep internal systems documentation and knowledge base articles up to date
