About the Role

You will support day-to-day People operations by coordinating onboarding, maintaining accurate employee records, and assisting with payroll and benefits administration. You will help move candidates through the hiring process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with applicants. You will coordinate onboarding logistics and employee setup, support employee experience programs and internal events, and work with Finance, Operations, and managers to resolve people-related workflows. You will perform administrative tasks, update documentation, and respond to employee requests to keep processes organized and running smoothly.

Requirements

  • 2+ years working in HR Recruiting Talent Operations People Operations or related role
  • Experience supporting onboarding recruiting and HR operations processes
  • Experience maintaining employee records and HR systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-moving environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and attention to detail
  • Proactive and highly organized with strong follow-through

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day people operations including onboarding promotions transfers and offboarding
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
  • Assist with onboarding coordination from offer acceptance through first 90 days
  • Support recruiting and hiring coordination including resume screening interview scheduling and candidate communication
  • Support payroll coordination leave administration and benefits administration
  • Coordinate onboarding experiences employee touchpoints engagement activities and internal communications
  • Coordinate across Finance Operations hiring managers and leadership on People-related workflows
  • Assist with internal events onboarding sessions and company retreat coordination
  • Perform documentation updates administrative tasks and general People team support
