About the Role
You will own end-to-end recruiting for Sales roles: source and screen candidates, manage interviews and offers, and partner with hiring managers to define role requirements. You will build and maintain pipelines, develop creative sourcing and market maps, use recruiting data to identify bottlenecks, and improve hiring processes with urgency and attention to detail.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience hiring Sales or go-to-market talent
- Proven success recruiting in high-growth, fast-paced environments
- Experience partnering with sales leaders and hiring managers as a talent advisor
- Strong sourcing skills and ability to build pipelines of passive candidates
- Ability to quickly understand sales profiles and talent markets
- Experience managing multiple requisitions with attention to candidate experience
- Excellent communication skills with a structured, proactive, async-friendly working style
- Sound judgment, strong ownership, and comfort operating with urgency and ambiguity
- Candidate-first mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional experiences
- Prior experience in SaaS, fintech, crypto, compliance, or other complex B2B environments is a plus
