About the Role

You will welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a warm and professional manner. You will deliver a high quality office and customer experience, support daily office operations and administrative processes, handle expense reporting and invoicing, and coordinate meetings travel and events. You will manage incoming calls emails and correspondence, support office management and office move activities, and collaborate across teams on internal projects.

Requirements

  • Experience in reception hospitality customer service or office administration
  • Familiarity with office management procedures
  • Highschool diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Customer oriented mindset and strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent English and Italian communication skills
  • German and/or French highly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workplace
  • Positive professional and service minded attitude
  • Curiosity for technology and AI driven ways of working
