About the Role

You will own employee communications and support across onboarding, benefits, leaves, relocations, role changes, offboarding, and other lifecycle events. You will maintain documentation, FAQs, AI-powered Help Desk guidance, and knowledge bases, answer employee questions, improve operational processes, and support benefits and leave administration through auditing and reconciliation.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, benefits, payroll, HRIS, compensation operations, or similar business operations
  • Ability to communicate directly with employees about sensitive operational topics
  • Experience owning and improving recurring operational processes
  • Strong data-management capabilities, including auditing and reconciliation
  • Experience partnering across functions
  • Strong spreadsheet skills
  • Confidence learning or administering HRIS and connected systems
  • Excellent judgment, prioritization, and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Own employee experience and communications across key lifecycle moments
  • Partner with Lifecycle Analysts and the Lifecycle Manager on a coordinated employee experience
  • Develop and maintain employee communications, documentation, Help Desk guidance, FAQs, and knowledge-base content
  • Respond to employee questions and support requests
  • Create and improve onboarding guides, leave toolkits, and offboarding guidance
  • Create scalable standard operating procedures and operational resources
  • Use employee feedback, support trends, and operational data to simplify processes
  • Collaborate with Recruiters, Managers, People Success Partners, Compensation, Finance, IT, and vendors
  • Support benefits operations across employee lifecycle events
  • Support leave intake, tracking, communications, and return-to-work processes
  • Audit and reconcile benefits data and investigate discrepancies
  • Provide backup coverage for benefits and leave operations
