About the Role
You own the employee lifecycle experience and build scalable people programs from onboarding through offboarding and exit. You lead culture and engagement programming, run surveys and listening programs, build manager-facing infrastructure, turn ad hoc programs into repeatable processes, manage vendors and budgets, report on impact, and independently run the internship program.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years running people programs end-to-end at a technology company or high-growth startup
- Direct experience owning onboarding or performance cycles independently
- Ability to manage vendors, budgets, and logistics across multiple programs
- Strong program design and process documentation skills
- Track record of tying people programs to measurable outcomes
- Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving environment
- Strong written communication skills
- Experience supporting or building ERG programs is a plus
- Experience with lifecycle programs and culture or events work is a plus
- Familiarity with HRIS and survey tools such as Workday, Lattice, or Culture Amp is a plus
Responsibilities
- Own the employee lifecycle experience across onboarding, offboarding, and exit processes
- Lead culture and engagement programming, including onsites, offsites, events, recognition, and ERGs
- Manage the shared culture and engagement calendar with Workplace
- Design and run engagement surveys, pulse checks, and quarterly listening tours
- Translate survey and listening results into program changes
- Build manager-facing development surveys, self-service tools, and feedback cycle facilitation
- Turn ad hoc programs such as swag and conference perks into repeatable, budgeted processes
- Manage vendor relationships and budgets across events, swag, and conferences
- Report program impact to leadership
- Run the internship program from design through execution
