About the Role
You will design and improve employee experiences and People programs across the employee lifecycle. You will lead employee listening efforts, coach managers, support sensitive employee matters, own onboarding and offboarding, improve People processes, and use systems, automation, and AI to create scalable experiences.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of progressive experience in Employee Experience, People Programs, People Operations, HR Business Partnering, or related People roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience designing and building People programs and employee experiences
- Experience serving as a trusted resource to employees and managers
- Experience coaching managers and navigating employee relations and performance situations
- Experience owning or supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
- Strong program and project management skills
- High emotional intelligence
- Strong operational instincts and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Shape and improve the employee experience across the employee lifecycle
- Design and build People programs for connection, engagement, recognition, and performance
- Lead engagement and pulse surveys and turn feedback into action
- Partner with the Chief People Officer to take programs from concept through adoption and improvement
- Coach and support managers through employee situations and performance conversations
- Support organizational change initiatives
- Own and improve onboarding and offboarding experiences in the United States and internationally
- Coordinate employee transitions across employees, managers, IT, payroll, benefits, and external partners
- Improve People processes and workflows
- Optimize the People technology stack using systems, automation, and AI
