About the Role
You will manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure accurate, confidential HRIS records. You will support employees and managers with HR questions and onboarding, coordinate payroll and benefits vendors, maintain contracts and employment documentation, and handle employee relations professionally. You will identify opportunities to automate HR workflows and help implement HR systems and AI-driven tools. You will assist with recruiting tasks, interview coordination, performance review cycles, and training programs while supporting compliance across multiple EMEA jurisdictions with particular attention to Swiss employment practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in People Operations
- Familiarity with HR operations HR administration HR processes learning and development and employee lifecycle management
- Experience supporting payroll contracts HR systems and operational HR workflows
- Experience working across multiple countries and jurisdictions within EMEA
- Knowledge of Swiss and broader EMEA employment law and HR practices
- Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage both strategic work and administrative tasks with professionalism
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Curiosity and familiarity with technology AI tools and HR process automation
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Google Workspace
- Excellent English and Italian verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted and responsive point of contact for employees across EMEA
- Support employees and managers with HR questions policies processes and documentation
- Lead onboarding activities and create a welcoming employee experience
- Support employee relations topics with professionalism and consistency
- Coordinate engagement initiatives wellness activities and internal people programs
- Maintain accurate confidential HRIS records and employee documentation
- Coordinate payroll benefits administration and vendor communication across EMEA
- Support HR compliance activities across multiple jurisdictions with focus on Swiss and EMEA law
- Manage contracts letters employment documentation and HR administrative workflows
- Support development and maintenance of HR policies handbooks and procedures
- Identify and support implementation of HR process improvement and automation
- Assist with recruiting including job postings candidate communication interview coordination and screening
- Assist with performance review cycles goal setting and employee development initiatives
- Coordinate training and learning opportunities
