About the Role
You will ensure accuracy, timeliness, and execution across financial operations, compliance, record-keeping, and contracts. You will manage accounts payable and receivable, invoice processing, reconciliations, collections, and financial reporting. You will oversee banking, treasury, and cashflow operations, including cryptocurrency payments, and drive end-to-end contract management workflows. You will ensure compliance and governance across multiple jurisdictions, maintain organized records, administer tools and licenses, analyze workstreams for automation opportunities, own special projects that expand organizational capability, collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to remove operational friction, and proactively surface risks before they become problems.
Requirements
- 4+ years in operations, finance, administration, or project management
- Proven ability to manage contract workflows, financial operations, and record-keeping with high accuracy
- Strong grasp of accounts payable, accounts receivable, cashflow management, treasury oversight, and financial reporting
- Familiarity with corporate governance, international compliance obligations, and contract management
- Proficiency with automation and AI tools, Google Workspace, AP platforms, and banking systems
- Able to manage multiple workstreams concurrently and deliver end-to-end without being managed through the details
- Startup experience is a plus

- Ensure compliance and governance across multiple jurisdictions, including document recertifications, legal reviews, and board governance
- Maintain accurate, organized record-keeping
- Administer tools, systems, accounts, and licenses across the organization
- Analyze workstreams to identify automation opportunities and efficiency gains
- Own special projects to expand organizational capabilities
- Collaborate with founders, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to remove operational friction
- Proactively surface risks before they become problems
