About the Role

You will open and close the office daily and maintain a consistent, welcoming environment. You will greet and direct guests including clients, partners, and investors, and serve as backup support for in-house recruiting on interview days. You will manage office supplies and pantry inventory, handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, coordinate couriers, and maintain the front desk and common areas. You will flag facilities issues and liaise with building management, support event logistics for in-office gatherings, assist with document organization, filing, vendor coordination, and light legal admin support, manage conference room calendars, set up and break down meetings, and route general office inquiries to the appropriate internal teams. You will report to Operations and work on-site five days a week.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a receptionist, office coordinator, or front-of-house in a professional or fast-paced environment
  • Warm polished presence and strong interpersonal skills for interacting with senior external guests
  • Strong organizational habits and ability to stay on top of multiple small tasks
  • Comfort with ambiguity and willingness to pitch in wherever needed
  • Discretion when handling sensitive information
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and calendar management

Responsibilities

  • Manage office supply and pantry inventory and order recurring items
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages and coordinate couriers
  • Maintain the front desk and common areas and flag facilities issues
  • Liaise with building management as needed
  • Support event logistics for in-office happy hours and team gatherings
  • Assist with document organization, filing, vendor coordination, and light legal admin support
  • Manage conference room calendars and assist with meeting setup and breakdown
  • Field general office inquiries and route requests to internal teams
  • Report to the Operations team and work on-site five days a week
