About the Role
You will manage day-to-day office administration to ensure smooth operations. You will maintain office supplies and inventory, perform receptionist duties, handle incoming and outgoing mail, establish and enforce office policies, assist with office layouts and relocations, support IT infrastructure maintenance, manage office budgets, identify and implement process improvements, schedule meetings, maintain calendars, conduct research, and produce reports.
Requirements
- Preferably a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Over 3 years of experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of basic HR processes and practices including employee training, benefits management, and record-keeping
- Strong work ethic with a proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a positive attitude
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
Responsibilities

- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Perform receptionist duties including welcoming visitors and handling calls
- Receive and categorize incoming and outgoing mail and manage correspondence
- Establish and enforce office policies and procedures
- Assist in planning office layouts and relocations and maintain IT infrastructure
- Manage office budgets
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and design and implement new systems
- Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, conducting research, and creating reports
- Coordinate with other departments to establish processes as needed
