About the Role
You will design and implement scalable, compliant operational models to support product and tokenization initiatives from launch through growth. You will own cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, identify dependencies and blockers, and drive delivery across Product, Engineering, Compliance, Finance, and Commercial teams. You will standardize and automate processes to remove bottlenecks, maintain clear documentation, and communicate priorities and timelines to stakeholders to ensure operational readiness and reliable execution.
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in strategy, operations, product, consulting, or related roles within financial services or technology-driven environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience building or improving operational processes in fast-growing or early-stage environments
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive initiatives forward with limited direction
- Exposure to investment funds, alternative assets, capital markets, or fund operations (nice to have)
- High levels of drive, ownership, and accountability; comfort operating in ambiguity
