About the Role

You will rebalance client fiat funds and execute internal transfers between safeguarding and crypto liquidity accounts. You will process business bank withdrawals and deposits, including credit and return transfers, and prepare financial and operational reports in response to internal and external inquiries. You will provide second-line support for payment-related issues and complex cases, manage operational workflows and tasks in Jira, and respond promptly to technical issues to ensure efficient resolution.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in financial operations or payments
• Understanding of bank transfers, payment methods, and transaction processing
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to work confidently with numbers
• Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and improve processes
• Experience in business communication and client interaction
• High level of responsibility, reliability, and self-discipline
• Willingness to learn and grow within the industry
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Basic knowledge of crypto is an advantage but not required
