About the Role
You will assist with end-to-end shipping and logistics for onboarding packages, track shipments, and communicate delays to Client Services. You will update package statuses in internal tools (admin dashboard and CRM) and manage inventory by assessing quality, counting stock, updating records, and notifying the team when reorder is needed. You will provide coverage when the Operations team is out of office, drive to the post office to drop off packages using your personal vehicle, and handle boxes up to 50 pounds. You will use data tools such as Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze inventory and package data, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive customer information.
Requirements
- Be based in or able to commute to Denver, CO 3x per week
- Valid driver’s license (motor vehicle records check will be performed)
- Willingness to drive personal vehicle to and from office and post office
- Ability to lift boxes up to 50 pounds
- Attention to small details and organized work habits
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling customer information
- Experience with data management and analysis tools such as Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
