About the Role
You will manage and maintain cloud, endpoint, identity, network, virtualization, and on-premises infrastructure. You will administer Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Okta, Active Directory, Windows and Linux servers, and network systems; automate operational work with scripts; document configurations; and resolve escalated support issues.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of systems administration or IT infrastructure experience
- Microsoft Intune proficiency
- Microsoft 365 knowledge, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Defender
- Okta or comparable identity-provider administration experience
- Azure administration skills, including Entra ID, resource management, and monitoring
- Virtualization experience with VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, or similar technology
- Fortinet product experience
- Networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, and VPN
- Active Directory administration experience
- Windows Server administration experience
- Linux server administration experience
- PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting proficiency
- U.S. Person status for ITAR and export-control eligibility
Responsibilities
- Administer Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
- Manage endpoint configuration and compliance policies with Microsoft Intune
- Administer Okta identity and access management, SSO, and MFA policies
- Maintain and optimize Windows Server and Linux Server environments
- Support virtualization platforms
- Monitor, configure, and troubleshoot Fortinet firewalls, switches, and VPNs
- Manage Active Directory, group policies, organizational units, accounts, and trust relationships
- Write and maintain automation scripts
- Document systems, procedures, configurations, and runbooks
- Resolve escalated support tickets and participate in on-call rotation
