About the Role
You will source and procure industrial components for robotic automation systems. You will manage supplier relationships, purchase orders, warehouse operations, inventory, inbound and outbound logistics, supplier quality activities, and supply chain improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or warehouse operations
- Experience sourcing technical or industrial components
- Knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and international logistics
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional working proficiency in written and spoken English
Responsibilities
- Source and procure components for robotic automation systems
- Develop RFQs and RFPs with engineering teams and evaluate supplier proposals
- Build supplier relationships and negotiate pricing, lead times, and commercial terms
- Create purchase orders and manage procurement activities in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Manage warehouse receipt, storage, inventory control, material picking, and stock accuracy
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics and international shipping compliance
- Ensure material availability against project schedules
- Monitor inventory, perform stock reconciliations, and support financial reporting
- Coordinate supplier inspections, resolve quality issues, and participate in supplier evaluations
- Improve supply chain efficiency, costs, and inventory optimization
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, finance, and operations stakeholders
