About the Role
You will own end-to-end supply chain execution for assigned product builds and fleet launches. You will align material plans with program timelines, manage suppliers and upfitter partners, monitor compliance and risks, and use performance metrics to improve supply chain delivery.
Requirements
- 10+ years of supply chain program management, NPI, and hardware operations experience
- BOM management, material planning, and procurement knowledge
- Automotive, consumer hardware, or robotics industry experience
- Knowledge of TISAX, ISO standards, and ethical sourcing requirements
- Cross-functional program management experience
- Analytical, problem-solving, and risk-management skills
- Communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to travel internationally as needed
Responsibilities
- Lead supply chain execution for assigned programs and product builds
- Ensure end-to-end material readiness for program milestones
- Align supply chain activities with engineering, planning, sourcing, logistics, finance, and supplier timelines
- Translate engineering BOMs and demand into procurement plans
- Identify long-lead and critical-path components
- Track material status and escalate gaps or risks
- Ensure supplier compliance with legal, environmental, regulatory, and ethical sourcing requirements
- Develop contingency plans for supply disruptions
- Manage upfitter and partner relationships
- Track supply chain KPIs and dashboards
- Analyze KPI trends and drive corrective actions
