About the Role
You will build and lead supplier quality operations across sites. You will define quality strategy and governance, lead supplier audits and development, manage inspections and corrective actions, assess supplier performance, ensure quality compliance, and lead the supplier quality function.
Requirements
- 10+ years of direct supplier quality assurance experience
- Experience in high-reliability, regulated, or precision manufacturing
- Experience establishing or scaling supplier quality functions
- Degree or Masters in Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, Engineering, or a related field

Responsibilities
- Define and own global supplier quality strategy
- Build the supplier quality operating model, governance, KPIs, and review cadence
- Lead incoming inspection, NCR management, MRB governance, supplier audits, and supplier development
- Lead, coach, and develop the supplier quality team
- Provide supplier quality expertise and risk assessments to engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing
- Set supplier quality OKRs, KPIs, and performance expectations
- Drive supplier accountability, issue resolution, and quality improvement
- Make data-driven quality decisions
- Escalate supplier quality risks and ensure issue resolution
- Manage supplier quality across multi-tier suppliers and safety-critical subsystems
- Ensure supplier compliance with safety, environmental, regulatory, and quality standards
- Lead the goods inspection process
- Qualify, onboard, and develop suppliers
- Drive supplier corrective action requests to closure
- Analyse supplier performance metrics
- Implement supplier quality agreements and quality clauses in contracts
