About the Role

You will lead the onsite sales-office team and coordinate operational support for local sales. You will manage inventory receiving, storage, replenishment, returns, transfers, cycle counts, audits, and expiry exchanges. You will monitor outbound performance, coordinate shipping and training logistics, support customers, conduct quality and safety activities, and drive Lean improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree
• At least 8 years of work experience
• Experience in distribution, manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, customer service, or healthcare
• SAP knowledge
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Domestic travel of 10 percent

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and delegate responsibilities to the internal sales-office team
• Process local inventory from field return authorizations
• Manage inventory storage, replenishment, expiry, transfers, cycle counts, and audits
• Monitor outbound metrics and report performance to leadership
• Drive initiatives that improve outbound operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Collaborate with supply-chain, transportation, customer-service, and sales partners
• Coordinate picking, packing, shipping, loaner, warranty, and training-equipment activities
• Support customer purchase-order collection, accounts receivable, and pricing-discrepancy resolution
• Apply Lean initiatives to eliminate waste and improve operations
• Inspect instrument and implant sets to meet quality and patient-safety requirements
• Maintain GDP and SOP compliance and coordinate regulatory inspections and audits
• Travel domestically to other sites as needed
