About the Role
You will manage OSAT partnerships and backend manufacturing execution from wafer-out through final shipment. You will coordinate builds and production schedules, manage critical-material sourcing, and resolve supply, quality, yield, logistics, and schedule risks.
Requirements
- 7+ years of semiconductor supply-chain, manufacturing, or supplier-management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related discipline
- OSAT workflow knowledge
- Experience with Taiwan-based OSAT partners
- Supplier-agreement and commercial-negotiation experience
- ERP-system experience with SAP or Oracle
- PLM-system experience
- Tableau or Power BI experience
- Mandarin fluency is a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead OSAT supplier relationships, QBRs, KPI reviews, escalations, and negotiations
- Coordinate engineering builds, qualification lots, process readiness, yield ramps, capacity, materials, and production schedules
- Manage bumping, assembly, burn-in, final test, and system-level test operations
- Own substrate and critical-material sourcing
- Resolve supply, quality, yield, logistics, and schedule risks
- Establish OSAT data, KPIs, and processes for analytics and automation
