About the Role
You will analyze and improve business processes, gather requirements, and support two ERP systems. You will configure and test releases, troubleshoot issues, prepare specifications and training materials, create reports and dashboards, support integrations, and help ensure compliant system changes.
Requirements
- 3-7 years as a Business Systems Analyst, ERP Analyst, or similar role
- Experience supporting two ERP platforms in manufacturing, aerospace, or defense
- ERP modules including Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Production, and Program Management
- Business requirements gathering and functional specifications
- SQL and data analysis
- Testing methodologies, change management, and software implementation
- Documentation and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Analyze, document, and improve business processes
- Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements
- Support ERP administration, maintenance, and enhancement
- Configure, test, validate, and perform user acceptance testing for releases
- Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and consultants
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolution
- Develop functional specifications, workflows, documentation, and training materials
- Provide end-user training and functional support
- Create reports, dashboards, data extracts, and ERP integrations
- Ensure system changes comply with controls, cybersecurity policies, and regulations
- Participate in upgrades, patches, and data migrations
