About the Role
You will partner with Account Executives through complex enterprise deal cycles. You will run technical discovery and proof-of-concept engagements, create tailored demonstrations, architect integrations, address security questions, communicate customer needs to Product and Engineering, and develop ROI and business-justification materials.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales engineering or solution consulting experience in a SaaS organization
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Experience partnering with Account Executives on enterprise technical deal cycles
- Experience overcoming technical and security objections
- Familiarity with GCP, AWS, or Azure
- Proficiency in Python or Java
- Ability to configure, monitor, and maintain API-based integrations
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives on complex enterprise deal cycles
- Create and demonstrate custom customer environments
- Run and manage technical proof-of-concept cycles
- Conduct customer-facing technical discovery calls
- Lead security discussions with customers
- Communicate customer requests to Product and Engineering
- Develop ROI and business-justification reports and presentations
