About the Role
You will support account executives throughout technical sales cycles. You will identify fraud and compliance needs, deliver customized demonstrations, complete security reviews and RFPs, create solution designs, improve sales-engineering processes, and share field feedback to improve products.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, System Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar
- Experience in risk, fraud, or compliance
- Experience with APIs and JSON
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Go, or Java
- Analytical skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Support account executives in identifying prospect fraud and compliance needs
- Prepare and deliver customized product demonstrations
- Articulate security posture and complete security reviews
- Complete RFPs for competitive opportunities
- Create solution designs for prospect needs
- Improve Sales Engineering processes
- Identify and help prioritize product improvements with product and engineering teams
