About the Role
You will own strategic infrastructure deals from opportunity identification through post-close execution. You will negotiate agreements, structure financing, build financial models, translate engineering requirements into supply strategies, align internal stakeholders, manage senior external relationships, and advise leadership on market developments.
Requirements
- Experience originating, structuring, negotiating, and closing high-value technology, infrastructure, or capacity transactions
- Transaction experience in cloud capacity, data centers, semiconductor and hardware supply, or cloud partnerships
- Knowledge of infrastructure financing
- Financial modeling skills
- Experience developing term sheets and negotiating definitive agreements
- Ability to translate engineering requirements into deal structures
- Experience negotiating combined infrastructure, commercial, product, or go-to-market agreements
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders
Responsibilities
