About the Role
You will build a content-provider pipeline, vet providers, and negotiate licensing, revenue-sharing, and co-development agreements. You will develop long-term partnerships, align sourcing with internal priorities, report procurement analytics, evaluate make-versus-buy options, and design ethical, scalable content-sourcing programs.
Requirements
- Experience negotiating and closing complex deals of $10M or more
- Understanding of AI training-data ecosystems
- Legal knowledge of data acquisition, content licensing, and global copyright law
- STEM background
- Communication and stakeholder management
- Experience negotiating with C-level stakeholders
- Market analysis and financial modeling
- English and French fluency
- Network or experience in publishing, academic, research, or AI training-data communities

- Build and manage a high-quality content pipeline
