About the Role
You will spend significant time with customers supporting live demonstrations, pilots, and on-site deployments. You will capture and translate customer feedback into actionable commercial and product insights, manage strategic accounts and post-demo follow-up, coordinate with field operations, maintain opportunity records, contribute to forecasts and account planning, and represent the role at customer and industry events.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in sales, account management, customer success, or field-facing roles
- Experience working in field, farm, test-site, or operational environments
- Ability to communicate with operators, enterprise stakeholders, and executives
- Experience supporting technical demonstrations or pilots with engineering or field functions
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and field activities
- Experience tracking opportunities, feedback, and outcomes
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, PowerPoint, Slack, HubSpot, CRM systems, and sales tools
Responsibilities
- Support live demonstrations, pilots, and on-site deployments
- Act as the primary customer-facing representative during trials
- Build relationships with farmers, growers, and enterprise operators
- Coordinate demonstrations and resolve issues with Field Operations
- Translate field learnings into actionable insights for product, engineering, and sales leadership
- Conduct post-demo follow-up and progress commercial opportunities
- Manage strategic accounts through pilots, expansions, and adoption
- Maintain customer feedback and opportunity tracking in HubSpot and Google Suites
- Participate in account planning, forecasting, and pipeline reviews
- Represent the role at field days, customer sites, grower meetings, and industry events
