About the Role
You will own strategic retail and commercial banking accounts and drive enterprise AI platform adoption. You will build executive relationships, execute account plans, manage complex sales cycles and forecasts, coordinate solution design, and turn banking use cases and customer feedback into product and go-to-market input.
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in retail or commercial banking
- Track record of meeting or exceeding quota selling complex technical products
- Experience winning and growing strategic enterprise accounts and building C-suite relationships
- Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles and forecasting
- Ability to work credibly with technical buyers and solutions architects
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and experience
- Interest in responsible AI
Responsibilities
- Own strategic retail banking, commercial banking, and consumer finance accounts and exceed revenue targets
- Build business cases with C-level and senior technical stakeholders
- Identify opportunities and execute account plans
- Manage pipeline inspection, forecasting, and next steps
- Partner on solution design, value proof, and product feedback
- Document winning use cases, proof points, and reference stories
- Coordinate customer success, legal, partnership, and cloud-partner motions
- Represent the organization with customers and at industry events
