About the Role
You will develop data-informed sourcing strategies for specialized aircraft engineering roles. You will map talent markets, identify and engage candidates through advanced sourcing channels, cultivate long-term pipelines, and build AI-powered workflows and scalable sourcing systems. You will advise recruiters and hiring leaders, collaborate on recruiting operations, and use analytics to improve sourcing outcomes.
Requirements
- 8+ years of technical sourcing experience
- Experience sourcing highly specialized aircraft or aerospace technical roles
- Expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, SeekOut, ClearanceJobs, GitHub, and sourcing platforms
- Experience with market mapping, competitive intelligence, and candidate generation
- Experience building or using AI-powered sourcing workflows and automations
- Experience using AI development environments or coding assistants to create sourcing workflows or process automation
- Experience building relationships with passive, cleared, or niche aircraft engineering talent
- Communication and storytelling skills
- Experience with export-control, ITAR, EAR, or security-cleared recruiting environments
- Familiarity with Ashby, recruiting analytics, CRM, or talent intelligence platforms
Responsibilities
- Define target profiles and develop data-informed sourcing strategies for aircraft engineering roles
- Develop talent landscapes, market maps, competitor insights, and workforce-planning intelligence
- Identify, engage, and attract candidates through Boolean search, sourcing platforms, and niche channels
- Cultivate long-term pipelines of passive, cleared, and specialized aircraft engineering talent
- Design and improve AI-powered sourcing workflows, research agents, and automations
- Create structured market maps, talent intelligence reports, outreach content, and sourcing documentation
- Coach recruiters and hiring managers on sourcing strategy, talent availability, and candidate engagement
- Collaborate with recruiting operations, employer brand, university recruiting, and engineering leaders
- Measure sourcing effectiveness, optimize outreach, and improve conversion rates
