About the Role
You will develop data-informed sourcing strategies, map European talent markets, identify and engage candidates, and cultivate long-term pipelines. You will build AI-enabled sourcing workflows and reusable recruiting systems, advise stakeholders on regional talent intelligence, and measure and improve sourcing effectiveness.
Requirements
- 8+ years of sourcing experience across multiple EU markets
- Experience with market mapping, competitive intelligence, and candidate generation
- Experience sourcing across multiple disciplines and talent profiles
- Expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, SeekOut, GitHub, and sourcing platforms
- Knowledge of EU talent markets and recruiting differences across countries
- Experience advising recruiters, hiring managers, and senior leaders
- Experience with AI-powered sourcing workflows, agentic AI tools, or workflow automation
- Experience using AI development environments or coding assistants for sourcing workflows or automation
- Experience building relationships with passive and specialized talent
- Communication and storytelling skills
