About the Role
You will define the architecture and roadmap for agent-powered advertiser software. You will build trustworthy growth recommendations and authorized actions, integrate external services, and establish reliable measurement. You will create durable cross-platform workflows with safe retries and recovery, implement financial controls, evaluate agent behavior, monitor production systems, lead delivery across teams, and mentor engineers.
Requirements
- Staff-level technical leadership on complex customer-facing products or platforms
- Software engineering and system design expertise
- Experience with APIs, data modeling, distributed systems, asynchronous workflows, and customer-facing product experiences
- Experience operating third-party integrations under duplicate requests, partial failures, rate limits, schema changes, and inconsistent external state
- Experience shipping LLM-powered products or agentic workflows
- Experience with tool use, orchestration, evaluations, and safeguards
- Experience with instrumentation and experiments
- Knowledge of authentication, authorization, sensitive data, approval boundaries, and consequential-action limits
- Ability to align cross-functional teams and mentor engineers

- Set technical direction and architecture for Agentic Ads
- Build agent-powered growth experiences
- Design integrations with external services
- Establish reliable measurement and connect product activity to business outcomes
- Develop automation based on performance signals
- Implement scoped authorization, approvals, budget limits, auditability, reporting, and pause controls
- Build durable workflows with idempotency, retries, reconciliation, observability, and recovery
- Establish agent evaluations and production monitoring
- Lead cross-functional initiatives
- Mentor engineers and own production quality and operation
