About the Role
You will build feedback, evaluation, memory, signal, and decisioning systems for long-running agents. You will design agents across multiple channels, turn early solutions into reusable platform capabilities, and work with customers on complex business problems.
Requirements
- Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems
- Platform and systems engineering fundamentals
- Ability to move between customer problems, product design, and implementation
- Technical judgment in ambiguous environments
- At least two years of professional software engineering experience
- Experience with Python, TypeScript, or Go and React
Responsibilities
- Build feedback loops, evaluation systems, memory, signals, and decisioning infrastructure
- Design and ship long-horizon agents across voice, SMS, email, and other channels
- Build reusable systems, abstractions, and tools
- Solve orchestration, integration, data, observability, and engagement problems
- Shape product architecture and roadmap through implementation
- Translate validated solutions into durable product capabilities
