About the Role
You will design, configure, develop, test, deploy, and support scalable ERP solutions. You will translate finance, supply-chain, manufacturing, datacenter, and enterprise needs into system capabilities, integrations, and workflow automations. You will own technical delivery, provide production support, and deliver work through Scrum and Agile practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in ERP engineering, business systems, enterprise applications, integrations, or related technical roles
- 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience
- SuiteScript and JavaScript or TypeScript skills
- Experience with SuiteTalk, REST and SOAP APIs, SuiteQL, saved searches, and NetSuite security concepts
- Experience designing and building complete solutions
- Experience with enterprise integration and automation platforms, API-based integrations, authentication, error handling, monitoring, and production support
- Understanding of finance and supply-chain processes including procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report, and inventory management
- Experience working in Scrum or Agile teams
- Knowledge of version control, peer review, environment management, automated testing, CI/CD, and observability
- Analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, develop, test, deploy, and support scalable ERP solutions
- Produce solution designs covering processes, data models, integrations, controls, testing, deployment, monitoring, and support
- Evaluate requests and select sustainable ERP, configuration, customization, integration, automation, or process-change approaches
- Partner with business functions to translate requirements into ERP solutions
- Design and improve procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report, inventory, receiving, fulfillment, returns, fixed-asset, and reporting processes
- Design, build, and support ERP integrations with adjacent platforms
- Create reusable integration services and automation patterns
- Deliver work through backlog refinement, sprint planning, stand-ups, estimation, demonstrations, and retrospectives
- Convert business needs into epics, user stories, technical tasks, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans
- Maintain delivery standards for design approval, code review, testing, security validation, documentation, deployment, and operational handoff
