About the Role
You will architect and implement simulation infrastructure, improve routing and integration stability, and build validation tooling. You will expand scenario-based autonomy simulations, automate simulation workflows, modernize toolchains, and mentor engineers on platform standards.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience building or scaling complex simulation or autonomy-validation environments
- Experience with large-scale simulation frameworks
- Software architecture experience in multi-component distributed systems
- Experience defining interface contracts, configuration schemas, or API boundaries
- Experience integrating simulations with real-time or hardware-in-the-loop systems
- Hands-on proficiency in Python and/or C++
- Ability to modernize or scale legacy engineering toolchains
Responsibilities
- Define and implement topology and configuration definitions across aircraft platforms
- Improve routing layers, hardware and software interfaces, and runtime integration components
- Introduce versioning and compatibility practices for simulation artifacts
- Build validation tooling to prevent integration breakage
- Expand scenario-based simulation capabilities for autonomy development
- Enable Monte Carlo and multi-scenario validation workflows
- Implement CI/CD workflows and schema-driven interface validation
- Mentor engineers and establish simulation-stack architectural standards
