About the Role
You will design and harden shared codebases, tools, and distributed services for training and shipping frontier-scale models. You will build development tools, pipelines, training frameworks, cluster tooling, and CI/CD; expose APIs; automate workflows; optimize distributed services; and turn prototypes into shared libraries.
Requirements
- Master’s in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 4+ years building and operating large-scale or distributed systems
- Software design, modular code, testing, CI/CD, and observability
- Python
- C++, Rust, Go, or Java
- Container orchestration and schedulers
- Kubernetes, SLURM, or similar
- Performance profiling
- I/O optimization
- Workflow automation
Responsibilities
- Own complex large-scale pipelines and deliver internal tooling
- Expose APIs, automate model pushes, and surface metrics
- Write well-tested Python and systems code
- Enforce code review, CI, and observability
- Design and optimize distributed services
- Build stable shared libraries from prototype utilities
