About the Role

You will build and maintain internal tools that support customer interactions and data center operations. You will define the admin-tooling roadmap, design authentication, authorization, APIs, microservices, and web, CLI, and MCP interfaces, while leading design reviews and mentoring engineers.

Requirements

5+ years of software development experience
Experience with Go, Rust, Java, or C++
Ability to work directly with end users and develop technically sound solutions
Track record of rapidly delivering software solutions
Ability to design and scale fault-tolerant distributed systems and managed cloud services
Experience defining SLOs and using metrics, logs, and traces to debug production issues

Responsibilities

Partner with Product, Design, Developer Experience, Security, and Customer Success teams
Own the technical roadmap for the admin tooling stack
Design authentication, authorization, APIs, microservices, and client interfaces
Maintain and extend business-critical internal tools
Set engineering practices, drive design reviews, and mentor engineers
