About the Role

You will define enterprise and domain architecture for investment, data, client, and operational platforms. You will establish standards, lead cloud and legacy modernization, guide AI adoption, govern solution designs, and embed regulatory, risk, resilience, and recovery controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering
• 10+ years of enterprise or solution architecture experience in financial services
• Understanding of asset management domains
• Experience in regulated, high-availability environments
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to senior stakeholders
• Data architecture and analytics-platform expertise
• Cloud architecture experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Knowledge of APIs, event streaming, messaging, SOA, microservices, and DDD
• Java, Python, JavaScript, C, or C++ coding experience
• Relational and NoSQL database knowledge
• Secure architecture and modern web-stack knowledge

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise architecture vision, principles, and target-state architecture.
• Define enterprise data architecture and promote governance, lineage, quality, and privacy controls.
• Establish architecture standards and govern solution designs.
• Lead cloud, hybrid architecture, and legacy-platform modernization.
• Define AI strategy, identify AI/ML integration opportunities, and establish AI governance.
• Lead platform modernization, data transformation, M&A integration, and technical-debt remediation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, resilience, continuity, and disaster recovery in designs.
