About the Role
You will lead complex enterprise engagements and design architectures spanning customer systems and the platform. You will build integrations, prototypes, orchestration, and retrieval capabilities; own production quality, security, observability, and incident readiness; debug live issues; grow accounts; mentor engineers; validate AI-assisted work; and work with senior technical customer stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software-development experience delivering production systems
- 5+ years leading design and architecture of large-scale production systems
- Fluency in TypeScript or Python, or ability to gain it quickly
- Experience leading agentic spec-driven development in production
- Experience managing strategic enterprise relationships or testing frontier ideas
- Mentoring or technical-lead experience
- English communication skills
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
Responsibilities
- Lead complex enterprise engagements and architecture decisions
- Build customer-system, telephony, and contact-center integrations
- Prototype and evaluate new capabilities
- Own production quality, security, observability, and incident playbooks
- Debug live technical and model-behavior issues
- Drive account expansion and identify capabilities for the core product
- Mentor Product Engineers and participate in hiring
- Validate AI-assisted work before production deployment
- Work with senior technical customer stakeholders
- Travel to customer sites as required
