About the Role

You will own the end-to-end technical implementation of Curveglass for airline clients. You will build and maintain client-specific Adapter code across frontend and backend systems, integrate data and infrastructure, and deploy and operate software in client cloud environments. You will work directly with clients to understand needs, lead technical discussions, troubleshoot issues, analyze recommendation results, and manage expectations. You will also help determine which solutions belong in client-specific Adapters versus the shared Core, bringing client needs into roadmap and Core change requests.

Requirements

  • Strong software engineering experience designing, building, debugging, and maintaining production systems
  • Fluency in Python for production environments
  • Full-stack development experience with TypeScript and React
  • Experience with SQL, relational data, APIs, client datasets, and production data flows
  • Experience deploying and maintaining applications in AWS or Azure
  • Hands-on experience with containers and Terraform
  • Ability to own application code, integrations, infrastructure, deployment, and ongoing maintenance
  • Client-facing communication and technical meeting leadership skills
  • Experience building reliable, maintainable, observable production software
  • Experience using AI coding tools effectively
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Ability to occasionally adapt meeting hours for clients across the Americas, Europe, and the Middle East

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end technical implementations for airline clients
  • Build and maintain client-specific Adapter code
  • Develop frontend and backend functionality
  • Integrate airline data, APIs, infrastructure, business rules, and system exports
  • Deploy and operate Curveglass in client cloud environments
  • Lead client meetings and communicate technical decisions
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and improve live systems
  • Analyze recommendation results with revenue management teams
  • Determine whether solutions belong in client-specific Adapters or the shared Core
  • Bring client needs into roadmap input and Core change requests
