About the Role
You will own the technical execution of production migrations, integrations, and automations from feasibility assessment through testing, rollout, validation, reconciliation, reporting, and handoff. You will build reusable tools and playbooks, investigate data and system constraints, maintain auditable delivery records, and communicate risks and trade-offs across concurrent implementation workstreams.
Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in backend, data, integration, implementation, technical consulting, or solutions engineering
- Strong Python development experience
- Experience with Node.js, JavaScript, or TypeScript
- Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and transformation
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, authentication, webhooks, and system integrations
- Experience owning a production migration, integration, or technical implementation
- Experience with Git, code review, automated testing, release practices, and production deployment
- Debugging, analysis, problem-solving, and English communication skills
Responsibilities
- Own technical execution of migration and integration work after requirements and architecture are established
- Apply a repeatable migration lifecycle from source inventory through handoff
- Translate approved requirements into technical designs, implementation plans, test strategies, runbooks, and estimates
- Build migration utilities, backend services, data pipelines, integrations, and automations
- Investigate source-system behavior, data-quality issues, permissions, rate limits, authentication constraints, and edge cases
- Design and validate permissions, ownership, and inheritance mappings
- Design reliable, secure, observable, idempotent migrations with failure recovery and safe reruns
- Follow approved security, data-residency, and data-handling procedures
- Build validation and reconciliation frameworks
- Debug failures across code, infrastructure, data, third-party systems, and the platform
- Manage implementation workstreams and communicate scope, progress, risks, and trade-offs
- Convert repeated delivery patterns into reusable components, automation, documentation, and playbooks
- Provide actionable platform feedback and technical requirements to Product and Engineering
