About the Role

You will lead enterprise deployment engagements from scoping through go-live and handoff. You will build and debug production voice-agent deployments, own customer GitOps repositories and cluster configuration, manage stakeholders, create tooling that reduces deployment work, and feed deployment insights into product planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional engineering experience
• Early-stage startup experience
• UI/UX implementation, API design, data modeling, and systems architecture knowledge
• Node.js, Express, FastAPI, Django, or Flask
• React, Next.js, Vue, or Tailwind
• TypeScript or Python
• SQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, or Redis
• AWS, GCP, Azure, Vercel, or Railway
• Conceptual understanding of AI in production

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise deployment engagements from scoping through handoff
• Build production voice-agent deployments and integrations
• Debug production issues using call records, logs, provider data, and infrastructure metrics
• Own customer-facing GitOps repositories and cluster configuration
• Manage technical and executive stakeholders
• Build tooling for campaigns, evaluations, simulations, observability, CLI, and MCP
• Feed deployment insights into the product roadmap
