About the Role
You will lead the technical delivery of complex enterprise customer engagements. You will conduct discovery, gather requirements, design and implement production-ready solutions, and build integrations, agents, automations, and data pipelines. You will troubleshoot implementation issues, lead large-scale migrations, advise customer stakeholders, and create reusable delivery tooling and standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing or forward deployed engineering, or a similar hands-on technical role.
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Node.js, SQL, or Python.
- Hands-on experience with APIs and data integration.
- Ability to lead technical discovery, assess feasibility and risks, scope work, estimate effort, and create executable plans.
- Debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience translating technical challenges into scalable customer solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, and end-to-end implementation for customer engagements.
- Advise customers on architectural decisions and opportunities to deepen their use of Notion.
- Design, build, and operate custom agents, integrations, automations, and data pipelines.
- Lead large-scale content and data migrations.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across APIs, integrations, permissions, authentication, data quality, and customer environments.
- Translate implementation challenges into product requirements and tooling improvements.
- Build reusable migration tooling, integration patterns, reference implementations, and technical standards.
- Improve delivery methodologies, documentation, and engineering best practices.
