About the Role
You will join customer and sales discussions, recommend architectures, build proof-of-concept solutions, and troubleshoot complex technical issues. You will investigate root causes, coordinate with engineering and support, relay customer feedback, create technical documentation, and deliver training, webinars, and demos.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- Familiarity with applied AI use cases, including inference, fine-tuning, LLM applications, or agentic systems
- Problem-solving and collaboration skills
- Communication skills
- Located in the US PST region
- Successful completion of a background check
Responsibilities
- Participate in customer sales meetings and provide technical and architectural recommendations
- Build proof-of-concept solutions to support customer onboarding
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues
- Use code analysis, scripting, log analysis, and remote access to identify root causes
- Coordinate with customers, engineering, sales, supply, and product management
- Support escalated technical tickets and provide workarounds or bug fixes
- Relay customer feedback to shape product improvements
- Create technical documentation and deliver training, webinars, and demos
