About the Role
You will lead technical discovery and evaluations with enterprise buyers, then design prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and reference architectures for AI actions. You will translate infrastructure concepts into customer value, resolve technical hurdles in deal cycles, and bring field feedback into product development. You will maintain expertise in agentic AI, integrations, identity, and enterprise infrastructure.
Requirements
- 3+ years as a pre-sales or solutions engineer, solutions architect, or technical consultant
- Technical infrastructure sales experience
- Enterprise integration and systems architecture knowledge
- API and SDK knowledge
- Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript
- AI agent framework experience
- Microservices and distributed systems knowledge
- OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, SCIM, and delegated authorization knowledge
- Kubernetes, containers, service mesh, cloud platforms, and CI/CD knowledge
- LangChain
- LlamaIndex
- Vector database
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery and evaluations with enterprise buyers
