About the Role
You will act as a technical bridge between engineering teams and customer technical teams. You will plan, install, integrate, customize, troubleshoot, and maintain solutions in customer environments. You will define requirements, create roadmaps, transfer product knowledge, resolve client issues, and improve customer documentation.
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on technical product-integration experience
- Experience as a Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, Pre-Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager
- Experience with APIs, Kubernetes deployments, and network issues
- Experience with corporate IT environments, virtualization, VDI, backup, and application management
- Experience with DevOps build, testing, release management, and product lifecycle management
- Knowledge of Linux, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, Ansible, Terraform, Python, YAML, and Shell
- Ability to deploy and integrate complex solutions into production environments
- Knowledge of SQL and software development in Go, Java, or Python
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel regularly

- Deliver technical deployments, configurations, upgrades, maintenance, and deprecation services
- Lead the planning, installation, and integration of solutions in customer environments
- Deliver product customization, integration, troubleshooting, and professional services
- Maintain customer relationships to support adoption, retention, and satisfaction
- Gather customer needs and advocate customer issues
- Transfer product knowledge to customers and partners
- Resolve client issues with engineering teams
- Organize and improve customer technical and user documentation
- Travel regularly to visit customers
