About the Role
You will define and own architecture and engineering standards across enterprise systems. You will lead modernization, create technical roadmaps, automate services, optimize the technology landscape, support enterprise application platforms, and promote rigorous testing and deployment practices. You will be based in London and travel frequently to Amsterdam.

Responsibilities
- Define and own enterprise-systems architecture and engineering standards
- Act as the senior technical authority and mentor engineers
- Translate business and technology challenges into technical roadmaps and scalable solutions
- Lead modernization across identity, endpoint management, compute, and workplace technologies
- Drive automation and self-service capabilities
- Optimize the technology landscape and retire legacy systems
- Own platforms supporting enterprise applications, including SSO, provisioning, integrations, and data flows
- Champion rigorous testing, validation, and lab-first deployment practices
- Travel frequently to Amsterdam
